The product

Fastpay approached us with the assignment to enhance its penetration for a wider user base, redefine its value proposition, and redesign its entire user experience.

We started our discovery phase by conducting stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives. Then we focused on users and tried to understand their problems, expectations and motivations. Through user research, usability testing, observation, and heuristic evaluation. We tried to define business opportunities and unique problems we can solve for our target audience.

The nature of financial transactions and online payments are overwhelming. It's complex and inhumane. This complex journey should be translated into something simple, predictable, and humane. We took this as a reference point for my UX design approach and designed the entire experience as on the persona of a personal assistant.

We designed an experience where many banking transactions such as transportation card transactions, bill payments, money transfer, or QR payment can be effortlessly performed by everyday users and validated our solutions through usability testings.

User Experience Design

We have designed an experience where many banking transactions such as transportation card transactions, bill payments, money transfer, or QR payment can be effortlessly performed by everyday users and validated our solutions through usability testings.

User Interface Design

We have taken a simple, clean, actionable, understandable, and informative design approach for the interface design. We also validated our UI design outputs through bipolar emotional response tests with active and potential users.
