UX Designer
As part of an experienced UX team, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to create high-quality experience design work from early concepts through to highly detailed specifications and prototypes.
How does the day look?
- You consult with and influence key stakeholders to create user-centric design approaches.
- You focus on the execution of user research, including conducting user and stakeholder interviews, usability tests, and participatory design methods.
- You bring a strong customer focus coupled with a data-driven approach and champion the user while defining UX opportunities and identifying use cases.
- You translate and further develop the results of the user research into strategies and concepts for desired and innovative user experiences.
- You design and deliver information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes in rapid iterations. In this context, you are driving decisions and proactively contributing to proposals for business processes.
- You solve complex technical, usability, interaction and all sorts of design challenges with creativity, efficiency, consistency, and precision
- You justify and articulate design decisions.
- You clearly document and communicate the design, workflows, and goals of the design
- You thoughtfully incorporate feedback from many channels (product team members, users, quantitative analytics, etc.) into design revisions.
- You drive continuous improvement by creating prototypes that showcase user flow and user interactions, executing benchmark and usability tests.
- You work well with minimal direction but you’re big on collaboration.
UI Designer
As part of our UI team, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to design high-quality digital products for multiple platforms.
How does the day look?
- You collaborate closely with UX designers and influence product design through informed and considered design decisions based on experience design.
- You design effective user interfaces for multiple platforms
- You participate in activities such as design direction, interactive design, visual design systems, icon sets, micro-animations, and control of the design quality.
- You justify and articulate design decisions.
- You balance differing priorities, needs, and timelines
Project Manager
As part of our Project Management team, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
How does the day look?
- You carry out long-term projects for our project-based clients or short-term projects for our consultancy services and prepare effort reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- You take part in the projects both as a Project Manager and also as a Product Manager.
- You learn the business objectives, purposes and the whole details of the projects, give briefings to UX, UI, and the development teams and work with them as a product owner.
- You plan the projects according to the briefing, deadline, and the scope.
- You distribute and follow the tasks of the team by making scrum meetings and taking daily updates.
- You co-work with the other project managers and coordinate other service providers, agencies, or third parties whenever necessary.
- You check all visual, contextual materials and do functional, schematic, and device tests in coordination with user experience, design, and development teams.
- You determine the risks of the projects and take precautions to achieve both the business objectives and the project delivery on time.
- You manage the whole team, client-side project needs, and timeline.
